Free estimates are provided at no obligation to the customer. Rainwolf Gutters will schedule on-site evaluations based on availability. Job start and completion dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions at the property.
4. Changes and Delays

In the event we cannot perform under the original scope due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and propose appropriate adjustments.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property and work areas at the agreed-upon time. Obstructions must be removed prior to arrival. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainwolf Gutters and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of property, or any damages arising from the services provided or inability to perform services.
Rainwolf Gutters’ total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for those services.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the estimate or contract provided at the time of agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may incur interest or collection costs as permitted by law.
